Hope Fellowship Church exists to glorify God by following Jesus, growing through his Spirit into a a Christian community and sowing his love and truth in the world. United together by our relationship with Jesus we are driven by these three purposes: GET CHANGED! GET TOGETHER! GET GOING!

I. Pre-Evangelism a) Build relationships with non-Christians individually or through Community Services.

II. Evangelism - Bringing seekers to faith in Jesus Christ. a) Provide events where we can invite seekers to be exposed to the gospel through events such as Alpha, The Marriage Course and Coffee Break. b) Share a verbal witness to the saving power of Jesus Christ as God gives opportunities.

III. Formation - Seeing that new believers are established in Christ. a) Directing through small group ministry for new believers to be "consolidated" in their faith.

IV. Maturation - Seeing that young Christians continue to grow in their faith. a) Provide services to edify the believers while trying to stay as relevant as possible to seekers. b) Encourage those in the church to deepen their fellowship through small groups. c) Oversee every individual in the church so that all feel cared for. d) Identify people's spiritual gifts and provide opportunities for their use. e) Provide an overseer for each of the three purposes in the church. f) Encourage self-evaluation regarding the fulfillment of the purposes in individuals' lives. g) Encourage individuals to seek accountability with at least one other person.

V. Reproduction - Sending disciples back into the world. a) Encourage everyone in the church to teach and lead others in their relationship to Christ.
